You are eligible for membership if you are an employee or retiree of: PacifiCorp, WECC, Union Pacific Railroad (living and/or working in Carbon or Emery County), Southern Pacific Railroad, Utah Railway Company, Moon Lake Electric, Deseret Power, Blue Mountain Energy, Dixie Power, Garkane Electric, Flowell Electric, Bridger Valley Electric, Mount Wheeler Power, Intermountain Consumer Power Association, Intermountain Power Agency, Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems, Utah Rural Electric Association, or IBEW Local 57 (Class A Construction Unit Union Members).

Parents, siblings, spouses and children of all Credit Union members are also eligible.

IBEW Local 57
Membership Dues

Local 57 now offers the digital option of paying your monthly/yearly dues online at no additional cost to you as a member. This option is a fast and easy way to save you as a member time and money. You can pay your dues monthly, quarterly or annually.

To start you will need your Union Membership Number, and a personal email address.

Once your payment has been submitted please allow 24 hours for your dues ticket to be processed and sent to you in the mail.

I authorize IBEW Local Union 57 to initiate entries to my checking/savings account. For recurring transactions, this authority will remain in effect until I notify IBEW Local Union 57 in writing to cancel in such a time as to afford IBEW Local Union 57 a reasonable opportunity to act on it. I can stop payment on any entry by notifying my financial institution 3 days before my account is charged.

Payments are processed through Utah Power Credit Union on behalf of IBEW Local Union 57.

Member Support

Online Access

Access your account online through the web app or mobile app. Username and password are the same for both apps.

Web App

The web application can be accessed on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device from any browser by going to www.utahpowercu.org.

Get Access

To access your account, visit www.utahpowercu.org and click "Get Access" under "Login."

To setup online access, you need to verify your account number, last four of SSN, date of birth, and phone number. If the information you input matches our system, you will receive a unique code via text or phone call (depending on the option selected). After entering this code, you will be prompted to create a password. Passwords need to contain a minimum of 6 characters and include 1 digit, 1 uppercase, and 1 lowercase alpha character.

Multi Factor Text (or Phone Call)

A unique code is required each time you login for your protection. The code is sent via text or automated call from 801-708-8900. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

When entering the code, for personal devices, click "Trust this browser for 90 days." If your browser accepts cookies, you will not need to input a code for an additional 90 days. If you have already clicked this button but still have to enter a code, your browser may be deleting cookies when you close it.

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble logging in, check the following:

Case Sensitivity - Passwords are case sensitive. Verify Caps Lock is not turned on. Credentials - Verify the correct username and password combination. Usernames can be any combination of letters, numbers, and/or symbols.

To protect your account, online access will automatically lock after entering credentials incorrectly 10 times. Call us at 801-708-8900 to unlock online access.

Mobile App

The mobile app is accessible from Apple or Android devices and downloadable from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Get Access

Before accessing your account on the mobile app, you must first setup access on our web application. After you have online access through our web app, open the mobile app then log in with your credentials. Upon successful authentication, you have two options to activate your device.

Online Activation:
  • Login to online banking from a computer and select "Device Activation" from the "User Profile" menu or click here
  • Follow the instructions and tap continue when finished.
Email Activation:
  • Enter a name for your device and select an email address from the list. If your email address is not listed, you must call the Credit Union at 801-708-8900 to add your email to our system.
  • An email with an authentication code will be sent, enter the code into the box on your App to complete your registration.


Helpful Information

You cannot change your password in the mobile app. To change your password, you'll have to log in to the web application.
