Online Access
Access your account online through the web app or mobile app. Username and password are the same for both apps.
The web application can be accessed on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device from any browser by going to www.utahpowercu.org.
To access your account, visit www.utahpowercu.org and click "Get Access" under "Login."
To setup online access, you need to verify your account number, last four of SSN, date of birth, and phone number. If the information you input matches our system, you will receive a unique code via text or phone call (depending on the option selected). After entering this code, you will be prompted to create a password. Passwords need to contain a minimum of 6 characters and include 1 digit, 1 uppercase, and 1 lowercase alpha character.
A unique code is required each time you login for your protection. The code is sent via text or automated call from 801-708-8900. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
When entering the code, for personal devices, click "Trust this browser for 90 days." If your browser accepts cookies, you will not need to input a code for an additional 90 days. If you have already clicked this button but still have to enter a code, your browser may be deleting cookies when you close it.
If you are having trouble logging in, check the following:
Case Sensitivity - Passwords are case sensitive. Verify Caps Lock is not turned on. Credentials - Verify the correct username and password combination. Usernames can be any combination of letters, numbers, and/or symbols.
To protect your account, online access will automatically lock after entering credentials incorrectly 10 times. Call us at 801-708-8900 to unlock online access.
The mobile app is accessible from Apple or Android devices and downloadable from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Before accessing your account on the mobile app, you must first setup access on our web application. After you have online access through our web app, open the mobile app then log in with your credentials. Upon successful authentication, you have two options to activate your device.
You cannot change your password in the mobile app. To change your password, you'll have to log in to the web application.
